Notice is hereby given that the 91st Annual General Meeting of the Public Schools Golfing Society will be held in the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, LONDON on Wednesday 10th January 2024 as part of the Centenary Dinner for the following purposes:-
1. To approve the minutes of the 90th Annual General Meeting. The Minutes of the 2023 AGM can be found here.
2. To deal with any matters arising from the minutes.
3. To elect a President of the Society with effect from 15th April 2024, Mr Jamie Warman (Harrow) retires by rotation. The President and Past-Presidents propose Mr Keith Andrews (Repton).
4. To elect a Vice-President of the Society with effect from 15th April 2024, Mr Keith Andrews (Repton) retires by rotation. The President and Past-Presidents propose Mr John Gordon (Glenalmond).
5. To elect three members to the committee.
The following members retire by rotation:-
Mr Gavin Spencer (Merchiston)
Mr Adrian West (Radley)
Mr Eddie Allingham (Uppingham)
The Committee proposes:-
Mr Sandy Gray (Glenalmond)
Mr Peter Martin (Sherborne)
Mr Henry Kingsbury (Westminster)
6. To confirm the date for the 2027 competition which has been provisionally arranged for April 8th to 11th .
7. To announce the arrangements for the 2024 Halford Hewitt Cup.
8. To transact any other business of an Annual General Meeting. In order to make the AGM as efficient as possible, please provide notice of any other business in advance to the Hon Secretary. AOB will not be taken on the night.
9. To make the draw for the 2024 Halford Hewitt competition.
